Presented to an Entrepreneur who has demonstrated innovation, vision, and business growth. The nominee may have founded a business, purchased an existing one and turned it around or diversified a business. Sponsored by Atikokan Economic Development Corporation

Customer Service Award
Presented to an Individual or Business that is committed to high standards of customer service, delivers exceptional service in their dealings with customers and educates and encourages their staff to improve and excel in matters of customer relations, problem solving and innovation. Ambassador's Award
Presented to an Individual, Business or Association whose outstanding involvement and participation inspire and cause increased quality of life in the community. Sponsored by Tramin Limited

Health & Safety Award   

Presented to an Individual or Business who has demonstrated a noticeable difference in safety performance either in the workplace or in the community; and an active commitment to, and participant in improving safety, either in the workplace, in the community, or both. Rules of Business Awards Nominations

1. Any business in the Atikokan region is eligible to be nominated.
2. Nominees may be nominated for more than one (1) award; however, each award category must be submitted on a separate form.
3. Individuals and companies are encouraged to nominate themselves.
4. Using nomination criteria, state clearly why you are nominating this candidate.
5. All submissions must have a typed or legible handwritten description referring to the specific award criteria.
6. Judging is based solely on the accompanying information.
